ARLANXEO-TSRC (Nantong) Chemical Industrial Co. Ltd., is formerly known as LANXESS-TSRC (Nantong) Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd., before June 27, 2016. The company is located in the Chinese coast the Yangtze River Delta, Nantong Economic and Technological Development Zone, is a joint venture company established by ARLANXEO Corporation and Taiwan TSRC. The two sides jointly invested $50 million to build a factory of nitrile rubber (NBR) with annual production capacity of 30 thousand tons, which went into operation in Aug. 2012.
